They should've been the official couple of Digimon Adventure 2's ending aside Yamato/Sora and Ken/Miyako
Here's how I would've shown the ending 25 years later.
Taichi: Is married to Catherine and both are UN Diplomats for the Digital World
Yamato: Married Sora and they have two children. Like his ending, he is an astronaut.
Sora: Marries Yamato, has two kids with him. She is a fashion designer.
Jyou: Is married and and is a doctor. His wife is unknown.
Koshiro: Is married to an Indian Digidestined named Mina and operates a research facility
Mimi: Stayed in the US and married her sweetheart, Michael Thomas. They have two children together. Mimi is a celebrity chef.
Takeru: Marries Hikari and has three children together. 2 girls and a boy. He is a successful author.
Hikari: Marries Takeru and is a teacher.
Daisuke: Is married and operates a ramen cart.
Miyako: Marries Ken, is a housewife(also part time detective) and has three kids.
Iori: Is married and a high defense attorney.
Ken: Marries Miyako, is a detective.
Their children:
Takuya Yagami: Tai and Catherine's older son. He takes after his father. He has a Koromon as a starter.
Hoshi Yagami: Tai and Catherine's younger daughter. She takes after her mother. She has a Floramon as a starter.
Akira Ishida: Yamato and Sora's older daughter. She has blonde hair(like her father) and reddish brown eyes(like her mom). Akira's partner is Pyocomon.
Hiro Ishida: Yamato and Sora's younger son. He has red hair(like Sora) and blue eyes(like Yamato). Hiroto's partner is Tunomon.
Koji Hido: Jyou's son who has his appearance. His partner is Pukamon
Kazuko Izumi: Koshiro and Mina's daughter. She has red hair(like Koshiro), tan skin and brown eyes(like Mina) Her partner is a Mochimon.
Ian Thomas: Michael and Mimi's oldest son. He takes after Mimi, His partner is Tanemon.
Carla Thomas: Michael and Mimi's younger daughter. She takes after Michael's appearance. Her partner is a Betamon.
Mitsuko Takashi: Takeru and Hikari's older daughter. She takes after Takeru with Hikari's dark eyes. Her partner is a Salamon.
Sakura Takashi: Takeru and Hikari's younger daughter. She takes after Hikari with Takeru's blue eyes. Her partner is a Nyaromon
Isao Takashi: Takeru and Hikari's youngest son. He takes after Takeru. His partner is a Poyomon
Ronan Motomiya: Daisuke's son. His partner is a Chibimon.
Chiharu Ichijouji: Ken and Miyako's older daughter. She takes after Ken with Miyako's dark eyes. Her partner is a Poyomon.
Osamu Ichijouji: Ken and Miyako's younger son. He takes after Miyako with Ken's blue eyes. His partner is a Minomon
Mamoru Ichijouji: Ken and Miyako's youngest son. He takes after Ken. His partner is a Leafmon
Izumi Hida: Iori's daughter who takes after him. Her partner is Upamon.
